Mirrors in the Cage

Is it bad to have a mirror in the cage with one that you want to talk to you

I have pages on the site about mirrors. A mirror is a bad idea. The keet thinks there is another keet and tries to spend all his time interacting with this friend, ignoring you. But the friend ignores him as well, never answers his chirps, never seems to do anything. It's not a good situation from any point of view.
