Growth on the Beek
User Question I did ask my vet about the growth, and he said that it was probably a bacteria and he didn't make a big deal out of it. I didn't worry because she has had it for over a year now and seems fine to me (Could something be wrong even if it is minor?)

I would go to your vet again and get it really looked at - and if your vet continues to ignore it - look for a vet in your area that really is a bird specialist. Lots of vets specialize in dogs and cats and just sort of handle birds because they are there. They don't really know much of anything about bird problems. A real bird vet might do much better and fixing the problem so your poor keet isn't itchy every single day of her life!
