Parakeet Vomiting Hard Seeds

My 11 yr old parakeet eats seeds and vomits it out on his perch all the time. It is hard like cement when I clean it off, is this normal. It seems like its all he does.

Some gentle regurgitation is normal, but not a cement like hard vomit! Call a vet! Always call a vet when you have keet medical issues, never send email off to far-away websites.
