Cere Growing Upward and Curling

The cere on my parakeet is growing upward and curling. The nostrils are still open at this point. Is there something I should do?

It sounds like you should take him to a vet - this could be a sign of a tumor or infestation. There's no way to know for sure without a vet actually examining the area. Always call a vet if you have medical questions - never rely on far off websites!
