Keet Laying Eggs with Holes

MY FRIEND'S FEMALE PARAKEET NAME IS HOLLY. SINCE ONE OF HER EGGS HATCHED, HOLLY HAS BEEN LAYING MORE EGGS BUT THEY START TO HAVE HOLES IN IT. MY FRIEND THREW AWAY THE BROKEN EGGS AND THE SPOILED EGGS. HOLLY ALSO HAS TWO BLOOD SPOTS ON THE BOTTOM MIDDLE OF HER CERE. AND SHE HAS PURPLE UNDER HER CERE TOO. SHE ALSO HAS A BROKEN WING WHICH SHE HAD SINCE ABOUT 7 MONTHS AGO. SHE BITES THE FOOD TRAY AND KNOCK IT DOWN, SHE BITES THE BABY AND SHE BITES HER MATE. DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER? COULD IT BE THAT SHE IS DEPRESSED ABOUT HER BROKEN WING OR ABOUT HER EGG LOST? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Good God, this keet needs to get in to a vet immediately!! It sounds like there are ALL sorts of things wrong here and this keet's body is incredibly stressed out. Take her to a vet!
