Keets Plucking Out Feathers

Could you tell me why my parakeets are plucking out there feathers?

One lady at the pet store told me to look for mites but i cant see anything on them.

There could be all sorts of things wrong - keets should always go to a new bird checkup when you get them home to make sure they didn't bring anything home from the store with them. Just like you take human babies to a new baby checkup. It's cheap but very important!
