Clipped Feathers Growing Back

we just bought three new baby keets from a pet store and there wings were clipped, will there feathers grow back so they will be able to fly again?

Feathers always grow back, it's like hair :) I imagine by the time you have your keets fully hand trained and they are allowed out of the cage, that the feathers will be well on their way to growing back in.
