Keets are Pulling Feathers Out

I have two birds and they are pulling out there feathers alot...and when they lift up there wings I can see there skin...like they are pulling out too many feathers. There noses are really puffy...I need you to help me please.

It is critical that you always call a vet *immediately* if you see an issue like this. No far off web person can possibly guess what is plaguing your keets - mites? Itchy skin? A rash? Only a vet can tell you.
