Reddish Brown Spot on Cere

i was playing with my bird sophie and i noticed that there was a redish brown spot on her cere, is it a bruise or what?????

Never try to have a far off website diagnose a parakeet injury! I can't see the spot, I have no idea if it's a fleck of food, a bruise, a tumor, a mite, or anything else. Call a vet!!
