Parakeets and Odors

Do parakeets have an odor that effect the smell of a house? If so are there any ways to reduce the smell.

Parakeets are tiny animals that love to bathe. So their feathers really don't have a strong odor at all. If you change the cage lining frequently, their poops don't lay around either. Plus their poops are small and dry so they aren't likely to have a strong odor anyway.
