Three Keets Together

User Question
i have 3 keets in large cage. they wont listen or learn anything. should i separate then for better results

Lisa's Answer
The larger the flock, the more the keets look at themselves as a 'unit' and a human as just a 'feeder'. But three really isn't a lot, I have four keets. You can definitely tame them. And in fact it might be easier to tame them because whichever one is friendliest and goes to you, the other two will want to do what the first bird is doing. Separating the birds now would be traumatic for them, they would be confused and lonely. So I would keep them together and just begin working on them every day.
