Hand Raised Parakeets in New York

Hello, First of all your blue parakeets are BEAUTIFUL. I am Mallory, i am 16 and i REALLY REALLY want a blue parakeet like the ones in your pictures!!! I live in New York and im having a really hard time finding a young parakeet, i want one that i can raise. I have tried looking online to find one but im not having any luck at all, and im starting to get fustrated...do you have any suggestions???
