My Parakeet Seems Sluggish

my parakeet won't play & is always playful. these days she looks tired & sleepy. whats wrong?

Only a vet can answer a question like that. Parakeets and other birds are VERY careful never to let on when they're sick, because predators look for sick animals and eat them. So if your keet is always tired and sleepy, it's very likely that something is wrong and your keet is trying to hide it as best as possible. Parakeets are susceptible to tumors at around age 6-9 so if your keet is in that age range, it might be that. It's best to find out sooner rather than later, so you can find ways to handle it.
