Tips and FAQ for a Home Business

One of the most important things you can have when starting or running your own business is knowledge. You want to know up front what works, what doesn't work, what is well worth your time, what is a waste of your time. There are many, many books out there that can help you with these issues. Sometimes devoting an hour to reading a book can save you weeks of effort.

Keep a business book in your bathroom. Get business books on audio tape for your commutes. A lot of these books have 10 pages of generic information and then 1 really valuable tip. They are perfect for skimming a chapter at a time, and then focussing on the one gem you have learned as a result.
