Pork Chops with Mushroom Soup Recipe

This recipe was made quite a bit while Lisa and Jenn waller were growing up in the 70s. Apparently it was easy to make and very tasty too!

Pork Chops Charcutiere
(serves 4)

6 pork chops
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 Tbsp sliced pickles

Brown chops in large skillet. Add soup, water, onion, and mustard. Cover and cook for 45 minutes on low heat. Add pickles the last five minutes. Serve over egg noodles
