Heading into my 10pm meditation – Bob is serenading me with Beatles songs :). Lovely! Join me in serenity! #meditate #beatles

The MIT origami club has made Thanksgiving themed origami! Very cool!
Woke up about an hour ago – time to meditate! Ah, the odd schedule of a work-at-home person. I’ll #meditate on contentment :). Join me!
A very happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I hope your day is full of joy, good food, and relaxation.
… Home from a lovely dinner in Sturbridge with Bob, my Dad, and his girlfriend. Back home before dark – and going to sleep! 🙂
