Evening meditation time. We can take so many things for granted in life. This is a 1908 water pipe from Worcester MA which was finally replaced in 1984. Imagine drinking water in that area? Think of the Flint people still living that nightmare. And all the many others who have no access to clean drinking water. Take a moment to give thanks for the blessings you do have. #namaste
Woo hoo! A writing group I run, the Sutton Writing Group, just got front-page coverage in the Blackstone Valley Tribune! To read the article online, just click on the Blackstone Valley Tribune on their homepage and then click on the latest issue. It should come up as a PDF file. We’re always open to having new writers join us!
I enjoyed a great yoga session while the cardinals & chipmunks explored the drizzly outside world. Plus tons of fun with my Hula Hoop. I love to hoop! I’m trying to figure out what songs match my hooping BPM. So far the songs have been either a tad too slow or too fast. I’ll narrow it down! #namaste
