Here's how it works. Whatever weight you are now, round down to whatever weight is immediately BELOW you and is divisible by 5. That is, the number should end in a 5 or a 0. If you currently weigh 244, you'd round down to 240. If you currently weigh 308, you'd round down to 305. That way the weight you are aiming for is 5 or less pounds.
Then you look through this list and print out the sign that corresponds with that target weight. Print out a bunch of that sign! Tape them to your mirror. Carry them in your wallet. Put them on your fridge. That way everywhere you look is a friendly reminder to stay on target.
Another great aspect of having the signs change every five pounds is that you don't start to "tune them out". As you probably have learned in life, if you have something hanging in the same spot for too long you stop seeing it. It becomes part of the scenery. By changing the signs out regularly, they stay fresh and eye-catching for you!
