Update Activities - Biggest Loser SlimCoachThe activities tab is a great, easy to use aspect of the Biggest Loser SlimCoach system. You really only have to set this once. You use their drop down buttons to open and close different categories of activities. You then check off the ones you do.
So in this image I expanded the Outdoors area and Yoga area for you to see. There are only four types of yoga listed. There are more than that for the outdoors area, so there's a scrollbar by that to look at the other options.
This is ONLY used for offering suggestions on your daily activity page. If you had 200 calories to go for your day, the system would recommend some of your favorite activities and tell you how long you'd have to do them for in order to reach those 200 calories.
So it's not used for anything "meaningful" - but the entries do help. You can see at a glance that if you have 140 calories to burn that you could do it with 97 minutes of yoga or 48 minutes of caneoing for example. Here's how the screen looks.
So it's well worth it to fill in a few fun activities, so you can see how they compare on your daily activity page.
