established by emerging writers in New York City and Washington D.C, CAVALIER LITERARY COUTURE is a literary venue and lifestyle brand that publishes poetry, fiction, and nonfiction in a number of unconventional forms. In addition to our lavish print magazine, we provide an exciting social context and physical counterpart to the literary experience through our readings, online magazine, fabulous parties, and handmade accessories. I have seen there print issue in bookstall, all over America. They have published Pulitzer Prize and Yale Younger Poets prize writers. They seems to focus on mainly literary humor, poetry, and prose poetry, though i have seen them also publish short stories, fiction and non fiction.

I find the writing on this site to but intelligent and well put together pieces. By the standard of work, that is published I would say that the editor picky in a good way.

Interms of the aesthetic the site is playful, exuberant, and whimsical, which much this site a nice place to spend time reading on. Also the colours used on the site mean that your eyes don't get strained looking at a screen for to long while reading a short story, which is a bonus.

I have brought the coffee table magazine which, they have only released one of so far, however it is a beautiful book, with amazing illustrations, making it very appealing to look at and flip though.

In terms of literary site i would put it high up on my list of favourites and i am surprised that it was not already on this list
